Gyro expands its international reach
13 January 2005 - Gyro Group, the integrated brand communications agency, has completed the first phase of its strategic expansion plan by opening an office in Dublin. This represents the third new office in recent months following openings in Stockholm and Amsterdam.
Marc Sheridan will be general manager of the Dublin office. Formerly of Diageo, Marc has extensive experience in preparing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns in Ireland. Susanne Whiteman will be supporting Marc and has over 15 years ICT marketing experience both in Ireland and worldwide.
Gyro, now the UK's largest business-to-business agency, has offices in seven international locations including London, San Francisco, New York and Geneva with several further locations planned for 2005. Consistent with the company's vision for its clients, Gyro's expansion strategy is based on delivering a ’one brand’ experience - a unique and consistent differentiator that provides cut through and competitive advantage. These locations have been specifically highlighted as they best suit the needs of Gyro's clients and further opportunities are being considered in Hamburg, Paris, LA and Toronto.
Gary Brine, CEO of Gyro Group comments, ’Our strategy is to build a ’one brand network’. We are not a collection of individual agencies operating autonomously. We ensure that the Gyro experience is the same globally, with consistent processes and methodologies but each programme is implemented locally, sensitive to local cultural and language variances.’
