Gyro International Appoints Paul Neal as Business Development Director

9 August 2006 - Gyro International, the integrated brand communications agency, has hired ex-Proximity New Business Director Paul Neal into a newly created Business Development Director role.

Neal has joined Gyro at a time of rapid expansion for the UK’s No. 1 B2B agency. The agency has taken on over 30 new staff in the past few months since moving to new office space in Chelsea Harbour.

Prior to joining Gyro, Neal had worked at Proximity London since 1997 where, as a member of the Board and Management team, he was responsible for the development and implementation of the new business strategy. He was also a member of the Proximity Worldwide network new business team.

Prior to Proximity, Neal held positions at Communique, the International Airline Passengers Association, Beard Hawkins Direct and DDM Advertising.

Paul Neal said, “Gyro is enjoying phenomenal growth and this is an excellent time to be joining the agency. The team here are doing a fantastic job and I’m looking to continue that success with a lot of exciting new business wins!”

Richard Perry, Managing Director of Gyro International UK, commented, “This is another great hire for Gyro. Paul has enormous passion and a wealth of new business experience that will be a tremendous asset to the agency as we continue our rapid expansion. Gyro is already the largest B2B agency in the UK and we are continuing our expansion into the consumer market so that we can become the largest independent agency before too long. Paul will have a very big part to play in fulfilling that ambition.”
