Client Services Director
Reporting to: General Manager
Job Purpose
To directly take ownership for, and manage a nominated set of accounts and a team, ensuring that revenue targets are met whilst maintaining profitability.
.To support the new business team in securing new accounts.
- To ensure that all current day to day account projects are delivered in a professional, timely and cost effective manner.
- To anticipate client needs and exceed client expectations for all ongoing projects and new business opportunities at all times.
- To manage and facilitate client entertainment as required.
- To clearly identify and pursue new business opportunities for the organisation in conjunction with the New Business Team.
- To manage a team of Account handlers including managing absence and performance e.g. conducting performance appraisals, interviews, disciplinary hearings.
- To produce accurate sales forecasting on a weekly basis and provide a monthly report to the General Manager.
- To work closely with the General Manager to allocate and monitor team and external resources on a day to day basis.
- To ensure that any issues which may have a negative impact on the business are addressed and highlighted to the General Manager immediately.
- To demonstrate a clear understanding of Integrated Brand Communications - the aims and main objectives of the Business.
- To provide strategic and tactical direction to accounts and to the business in line with General Manager.
